International Happiness Day

Did you know that today is the first official day of Spring? That’s something that should put a smile on your face considering it's the UNs international day of happiness!

The United Nations has celebrated international happiness day since 2013, with the aim for people to acknowledge the importance of happiness. The 17 sustainable development goals were introduced by the UN back in 2015 with the goal to end poverty, reduce inequality, and protect our planet. These 3 key elements lead to well-being and happiness.

Each year a world happiness report is published with global interest. The 2021 report’s main focus is on the effects of covid-19 on our quality of life. You can check out this year's report here:  https://worldhappiness.report/
